Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Eat Water Rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 2 broccoli florets chopped
- 1/2 medium red pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame seeds
- Spring onions to garnish
Method:
On a frying pan, heat the sesame oil, add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the carrots, broccoli and peppers, sautƩ for a couple of minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cover, cook for around 10 minutes. Add the Eat water rice and source sauce and mix well . Cover and cook for further 5 minutes then serve and garnish with some spring onions.
