Base
ā¢ 135g Peanuts
ā¢ 65g Dates
ā¢ 200g Oats
ā¢ 65g Chocolate Whey Protein
ā¢ 25g Cocoa
ā¢ 100g Unsweetened Coconut Milk
ā¢ 50g No calorie Chocolate syrup @slimfoodsonline
Filling
ā¢ 150g peanut butter
ā¢ 50g no-calorie maple syrup @slimfoodsonline
Topping
ā¢ 100g melted dark chocolate
ā¢ pinch sea salt
Cooking instructions šØš³
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap and set aside.
2. In a food processor add the peanuts, dates, oats, Whey Protein, Cocoa, Coconut Milk and syrup, processing until a sticky dough forms,
3. Pour into the loaf pan and freeze for about 20-30 minutes
4. For the peanut butter caramel layer, combine peanut butter and maple. Spread evenly over the base layer. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes, to set up a bit before pouring the melted chocolate over top.
5. Remove from the freezer, top with melted dark chocolate and a pinch of sea salt, and store again in the fridge for another 20-30 minutes.
6. Cut evenly into 16 equally sized bars and enjoy!
