• 250g Oat Flour
• 80g Caramel Protein Powder
• 100g peanut butter
• 100g protein caramel spread
• 100ml No calorie Caramel Syrup @slimfoodsonline
Coating:
• 80g protein Caramel Spread
• drizzle melted dark chocolate
Cooking instructions 👨🍳
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
2. In a bowl mix in oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter, caramel spread, and no calorie syrup until well combined.
3. Pour into the loaf pan and freeze for about 20-30 minutes
4. Remove from the fridge, top with protein caramel spread and drizzled melted dark chocolate, and store again in the fridge for another 20-30 minutes.
5. Cut evenly into 10 equally sized bars and enjoy!
