Avocado Pesto Pasta

251 cal - 5.5g carbs - 12.5g protein - 5g sugar - 13g fibre - 17g fat


Ingredients:


- 1 pack Eat Water Slim Fettuccine

- 1 avocado

- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

- The juice of 1 lime

- A bunch of parsley

- Pinch of salt and pepper



Method:


Add all the ingredients except the pasta to a blender. Blend until you get a whisk smooth mix, if needed add a bit of almond milk. Heat a sauce pan and add the avocado sauce, add the pasta and cook for around 10 minutes. Serve, top with some more nutritional yeast and enjoy😋
